about suri

suri was born from an old love for the pacific coast: the ceviche counter as a meeting point, fresh fish cut to order, tiger’s milk served ice-cold. we brought that scene to a corner house in pinheiros.

from the kitchen come recipes from peru, mexico and the caribbean, with brazilian ingredients and an author’s touch. in the glass, pisco sours, south american wines and cocktails built for acidity and heat.

we are a neighborhood bar: right for the friday lunch that stretches into the afternoon, the first glass after work and the big sunday table.
